My cell phone helps out, it replaces my food journal. I had a problem with my weight, 220 pounds for the height of 175 centimeters is definitely overweight. I was desperate to try something as there were a lot of diets and exercises in existence but I was too lazy to try them. Going on a slim diet seemed to me like something too difficult and time consuming as I would have had to eat at a certain time without even a minute later or earlier. It said that I did not need to have more than 2-3 basic meals a day which are the main part of each menu. Those would be breakfast, lunch and dinner; or breakfast and dinner. Please note that breakfast is a compulsory meal, no matter whether you are going to choose to have two or three meals, one of them must be the breakfast. These meals could be everything but fries, crisps, or greasy meats. What impressed me was that I could even consume meat, which is impossible for nearly all other diets. However, it said that it would have been better if I consumed turkey, lamb or fish than pork or beef.

The second main part of the diet said that I always have to eat some healthy light snacks during the day such as apples, bananas, yogurt, berries or even nuts. And that was all! I just had to have 2 main meals a day and some light and healthy snacks, the fast diet for lazy people promised incredible results! And it really happened! Two weeks later, I found that I had lost 10 pounds while following the diet and what is more important is that I did not even feel like being on a diet, there was no hunger, depression and all these negative affect of all diets. I lost 10 pounds in 14 days, that is pretty amazing to me.

Then I got really interested in the topic. I started looking for more and more fast diets for lazy people as I already had known that they really work! I found a lot of information which helped me "extend" and improve my diet. What I learned later was that I have to consume at least 2 liters water and other liquids. There is also a useful type of fats which helps your brain and heart work better and does not have any negative effect on your body or weight.

However, when I lost the weight I wanted to (it took me a month or a month and a half) I started thinking about build muscles so as to make my body look better and more attractive. Predictably, I looked for "Easy exercise for lazy people" and learned a lot of stuff about that also. For example, you need to spend no more than 30 minutes so as to build muscles. Spending 30 minutes on walking is more than enough! Of course, I tried the easy exercises for lazy people too, and it worked again! Just a month later, my body looked pretty much better than it used to. It was really great for me to lose weight and build muscles by using easy diets and exercise for lazy people.
